Oululainen Reissumies Gluten-Free Really Dark is a gluten-free dark archipelago-style portion bread. Bread’s dark but soft taste comes from gluten-free malt extract and syrup that gives the bread just the right amount of sweetness. Delicious enjoyed as such but it also goes well with a variety of toppings. Try also to toast the bread! Baked in a gluten-free bakery in Lahti.Preparation Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw at room temperature for about 1 hour or in a microwave (800W) for about 30 seconds per bread.Ingredients
