Fazer Pro is an online store for corporate customers of Fazer Confectionery and Fazer Bakery. Read more about the service and benefits below.

Fazer Pro is a joint corporate online store of Fazer Bakery and Fazer Confectionery. The new Fazer Pro replaces Fazer Bakery's old digital ordering service, as well as Fazer Confectionery's Fazershop corporate online store. You have to be a registered customer to see prices and make purchases.

Fazer Pro corporate online store is aimed at the following customers

    (Purpose such as support for own sales, offices, reception and hotel confectionery, event bags, breakfast and meeting services)
  • Corporate gifts (Coming soon)
  • Municipalities, cities and hospitals
    (eg breakfasts, snacks, pastilles and chewing gum)
  • Schools, kindergartens and nursing homes
    (eg breakfasts, snacks, pastilles and chewing gum)

Terms and conditions

Legally, Fazer Confectionery and Fazer Bakery operate as own separate business units. Logistical arrangements and background processes may differ depending on the business unit. Therefore, each corporate customer has to select the desired customer base when registering.

Fazer Bakery's orders placed in this online store are only delivered within Finland. In addition to Finland, Fazer Confectionery also delivers to the EU.

How to get access to the new Fazer Pro service


I AM A NEW CUSTOMER

The new customer must fill in the registration form. When registering, select the business unit whose products you are interested in (Fazer Bakery or Fazer Confectionery). It takes a few days to process your registration application. After checking the company information, you will receive a notification about customer activation and instructions for logging in.

I AM ALREADY AN OLD CUSTOMER

If you have previously done business with Fazer Bakery's e-commerce service or Fazer Confectionery's Fazershop corporate online store, and you are now shopping for the first time in the renewed Fazer Pro online store, order a new password to the email address you used earlier. If you have any problems logging in, please contact our customer service.

The new customer must fill in the registration form, after which we will process the application.
