If you are concerned with today's orders, please contact us by phone. You can reach us on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Orders for next day's deliveries must be completed by 1.30 p.m. Monday's deliveries must be ordered on Friday at 1.30 p.m. at the latest.

New customers

Fazer's bakery product customers always have a direct delivery contract, which includes a direct delivery of the products to the customer. We deliver only to Finland. There is no separate pick-up point for corporate customers.

The purchasing volume of the company must be large enough on an annual basis to make the direct contract cost-effective for both Fazer and the customer. Many smaller companies have considered it as more sensible to buy our products conveniently through wholesale.
