Preparation InstructionsBaking instructions: Defrost at room temperature for 60 min. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 220°C. In the beginning of baking, steam ca 5 seconds if possible. PLEASE NOTE! The baking guidelines may vary according to your equipment. To ensure a crunchy crust, allow the bread to cool thoroughly before packing. If you pack bread while it is still warm, leave the bag open to let the steam out.
