Well rested. We humans are at our best when we are well rested. The same goes for bread. While resting, the dough had time to relax and develop its rich oat flavour.Preparation Instructions
Baking instructions: Thaw at room temperature for approximately 60 min. Steam for 7 seconds in the beginning of baking. Bake for 10–12 minutes at 220 °C. PLEASE NOTE! The baking guidelines may vary according to your equipment.To ensure a crunchy crust, allow the bread to cool thoroughly before packing. If you pack bread while it is still warm, leave the bag open to let the steam out.Ingredients
WHEAT flour, water, OAT grain (11 %), WHEAT gluten, iodized salt (1,5 %), BARLEY malt extract, rapeseed oil, yeast. 18 % of the grain is whole grain oat. Baked with sourdough. High salt content.
