Product description
Unhurried baking and a lot of grain. The combination of different grains and seeds gives the bread a flavour that, after plenty of time to rest, has developed into a delicious multigrain bread.Preparation Instructions
Baking instructions: Thaw at room temperature for approximately 60 min. Steam for 7 seconds in the beginning of baking. Bake for 10–12 minutes at 225 °C. PLEASE NOTE! The baking guidelines may vary according to your equipment.To ensure a crunchy crust, allow the bread to cool thoroughly before packing. If you pack bread while it is still warm, leave the bag open to let the steam out.Ingredients
WHEAT flour, water, whole grain RYE flour, malted RYE flakes, OAT grain, flax seeds, iodized salt (1,5 %), sunflower seeds, OAT bran, rapeseed oil, BARLEY malt flour, yeast.
