The fruits of our unhurried labour. Fruity muesli ingredients create flavours retained by the crunchy crust in unhurried baking.Preparation Instructions
Baking instructions: Thaw at room temperature for approximately 60 min. Steam for 7 seconds in the beginning of baking. Bake for 10–12 minutes at 220 °C. PLEASE NOTE! The baking guidelines may vary according to your equipment.To ensure a crunchy crust, allow the bread to cool thoroughly before packing. If you pack bread while it is still warm, leave the bag open to let the steam out.Ingredients
WHEAT flour, water, apple, raisin, whole grain WHEAT flour, sunflower seeds, flax seed, WHEAT gluten, iodized salt (1,2 %), BARLEY and RYE malt extract, yeast.
