The Fazer House doughs bring ease and efficiency to baking. Fazer House Cheddar Cheese Dough is an easy‑to‑use dough roll with a delicious cheddar cheese filling inside. This versatile dough offers an effortless solution for baking a wide range of savoury products for display counters, meeting catering and take‑away.Preparation Instructions
Thaw at room temperature for approx. 3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Shape the dough the way you want and let it rise for 30–60 minutes in a proofing cabinet or at room temperature (in which case the proofing time will be longer). Srinkle e.g. grated cheese on top the buns if you wish. Bake at approx. 190–210 °C. Baking time depends on the size and shape of the product.Ingredients
