Fazer House Vanilla bun dough is a raw frozen bun dough with delicious vanilla filling. Check out also Fazer House Cinnamon bun dough. These doughs can be used to bake dozens of unique products for vitrines, to complete conference serving or to take away.\n\nThe length of the bun dough bar is 26 cm, and it can be used to make an average of 5–6 buns.Preparation Instructions
Defrost the bundough for 1-3 hours at room temperature. Shape the way you want and let the dough raise in the proving drawer for 45-60 minutes or room temperature (then rising time is longer). Brush the buns with egg and decorate them to your taste. Bake at approx. 180–200°C Baking time depends on the size and shape of the product.Ingredients
