For urgent matters regarding deliveries, you can contact the Fazer Bakeries dispatch department, which is open on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at 040 841 2078.

Orders for next day's deliveries must be completed by 1.30 p.m. Monday's deliveries must be ordered on Friday at 1.30 p.m. at the latest.

New Finnish Bakery customers

All Fazer Bakery customers have a direct delivery contract, including direct product delivery to customer's company address. We deliver only to Finland. Fazer Bakery Finland has no separate pick-up point for corporate customers.

The purchasing volume of the company must be large enough on an annual basis to make the direct contract cost-effective for both Fazer and the customer. Many smaller companies have considered it as more sensible to buy our products conveniently through wholesale.
