Fazer Pro is an online store for corporate customers of Fazer Confectionery and Fazer Bakery. Read more about the service and benefits below.

Fazer Pro is a joint corporate online store of Fazer Bakery and Fazer Confectionery. The new Fazer Pro replaces Fazer Bakery's old digital ordering service, as well as Fazer Confectionery's Fazershop corporate online store. You have to be a registered customer to see prices and make purchases.

Who Can Register as a Fazer Pro Business Customer
  • Bakeries

  • Municipalities, cities and hospitals
    (eg breakfasts, snacks, pastilles and chewing gum)
  • Schools, kindergartens and nursing homes
    (eg breakfasts, snacks, pastilles and chewing gum)

Terms and conditions

Legally, Fazer Confectionery and Fazer Bakery operate as own separate business units. Logistical arrangements and background processes may differ depending on the business unit. Therefore, each corporate customer has to select the desired customer base when registering.

Orders for Fazer Bakery products placed through this online store can be delivered only within Finland. Fazer Confectionery delivers both within Finland and to other EU countries

How to get access to the new Fazer Pro service


I AM A NEW CUSTOMER
To apply for a Fazer Confectionery customer account, please complete the registration form. The processing of your application may take several days. Once your company information has been reviewed, we may request additional details if required. You will be informed when the review of your application has been completed. 

 

I AM ALREADY AN OLD CUSTOMER

If you have previously done business with Fazer Bakery's e-commerce service or Fazer Confectionery's Fazershop corporate online store, and you are now shopping for the first time in the renewed Fazer Pro online store, order a new password to the email address you used earlier. If you have any problems logging in, please contact our customer service.
