Have you earlier used the Fazershop corporate online store?
We've moved user accounts from the old service to the new service and notified those users. To ensure that our customer information is up-to-date, we have not migrated the oldest users as well as users who have not placed orders in the old service.
If you are not sure whether your user account has been migrated, try requesting a new password for your email address in the new service. When you receive instructions in your email to change your password and follow the instructions, you will be able to place orders for the new service. You can order a new password here .
If you don't get email after requesting a new password, it is likely that your user account has not yet been moved to the new service. In this case, please contact Confectionery Customer Service. Also include your company name and business ID in your message to expedite processing. You can send a message using this form .
